Cox DVR Cut Off the End of American Idol Finale
Ah what a piece of crap. If you’re a Cox DVR owner and an American Idol fan you’re probably not real happy right now. Not sure about you, but my COX DVR (Scientific Atlanta brand) cut of the entire reveal of who won America Idol. Sweet.
This isn’t the first time I bitched about the DVR service. I ranted a while back on this wonderful pile of junk. Don’t you love having the end of your shows cut off.

Happened with Comcast as well. The show went over and the DVR just stopped recording at the scheduled time.

It happened to me too. Thank God for YouTube so at least we could see the results and Daughtry’s song this morning! I think the only way around this problem in the future is to set up to record what ever show that is going to come on next.
