If you’ve been anxiously awaiting the trailer for REPO! The Genetic Opera - wait no more. The trailer for Paris Hilton’s latest adventure on the silver screen is awful! Worst of all is the singing - and it’s not Paris - she actually sings OK in a black wig while she dumpster dives. Confused, yes, scared, me too. I’m guessing this one’s going straight to DVD.
Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal hit the red carpet on Rome to for the premiere of Rendition. Rumors of an off screen hook up between Reese and Jake seem to be proving true. Rendition Trailer after the jump.

Halle Berry appeared on Jay Leno last night and made an offhanded joke about Jews. While showing pictures taken with her Apple Photo Booth she made a comment about having a large nose. PageSiz reports the story that was edited before it make it on the air. The edited clip of Halle and her pictures are below.
(Berry) was showing Leno and his audience images of herself on her computer using the Mac program Photo Booth, which distorts images like a carnival fun-house mirror.
According to one audience member, “She introduced the first photo by saying, ‘Here’s where I look like my Jewish cousin!’ - it was a picture of her with a huge, distorted nose. No one laughed, and Jay nervously said, ‘I’m glad you said that and not me.’ When the show aired, they cut out her ‘Jewish’ comment…”
Another guest in the audience told us, “Ms. Berry should know how unbelievably inappropriate her comment was . . . She should be ashamed of herself.”
Berry, who sounded like she was near tears, told Page Six last night: “I so didn’t mean to offend anybody - and after the show I realized it could be seen as offensive, so I asked Jay to take it out, and he did.”
Berry, who even offered to call Page Six’s source and apologize in person, said, “It was just a lighthearted segment that was meant to make fun of myself. There was a picture where I said I looked like Monica Lewinsky and one where I said I looked like Jay. It was just supposed to be a silly segment. I am so sorry, and I apologize.” - PageSix
Maria Osmond passed out on live TV and hit the ground like a sack of potatoes. During the judging portion of ABC’s Dancing With the Stars Maria looked out of breath and suddenly collapsed on the floor. Host Tom Bercheron paused for a moment in bewilderment then send the show into a commercial break. Maria returned after the break and explained she occasionally faints when she gets out of breath. A few picks for new stuff out on DVD, plus a look at Mr. Brooks - also coming out. 70’s tv fans can grab the first couple seasons of Streets of San Francisco.
I know fashion models get a lot of flack for being stupid. This video demonstrates exactly why that is. The first going down the runway (a male) tries to do a flip and lands flat on his back, busting a huge hole in the stage. The next model out manages to walk right into the hole and fall through the floor. In the unlikely event she was actually blind, I’ll give here a pass, otherwise it’s the perfect demonstration of, well, stupid. Watch and see.
